Flights on a T-6 trainer, an SH-60 helicopter, and a C-2 cargo aircraft during the summer of 2013 confirmed her desire to become a pilot. She aims to become a helicopter pilot. She met Joe in Reno in June and flew with him in one of his L-29s. She declared, "It was an absolutely incredible experience."
